No power on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ (8H00)

The screen is black and the power light is not lit.


The device is not receiving any power.


  1. Check that the power cord is secure in the back of your meter and a working electrical outlet.
  2. Unplug the power cord and then plug in to another working wall outlet.
  3. Restart your device:
    1. Unplug the power cord. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
    2. Wait 2 minutes.
    3. Plug the power cord back in.
    4. Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
