The screen is black and the power light is not lit.
The device is not receiving any power.
- Check that the power cord is secure in the back of your meter and a working electrical outlet.
- Unplug the power cord and then plug in to another working wall outlet.
- Restart your device:
- Unplug the power cord. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
- Wait 2 minutes.
- Plug the power cord back in.
- Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
