Issue

Cause

This issue can occur if the printer driver is a Windows PS class driver.

Resolution

Solution 1: Use Chrome

If you are not already using the Google Chrome browser, try using it.

If both Chrome and other browsers are experiencing the issue, try solution 2.

Solution 2: Print as an image

  1. Open the PDF in Adobe Reader directly.
  2. When printing a PDF in Adobe Reader, click the Advanced button in the printer selection window.
  3. Check the Print as image box and click OK.

Solution 3: Switch to a PCL driver

Ask your system administrator if there is a PCL class driver for your printer instead of using a PS class driver.
