Resolve "Memory Is Full" on the DM500, DM800i, DM900, DM1000 and more

Products affected: DM500™, DM525™, DM550™, DM575™, DM800™, DM800i™, DM825™, DM875™, DM900™, DM925™, DM1000™, DM1100™, DM Infinity™


The meter displays "Memory Is Full" and will not run mail.


The accounting memory device is full.


To resolve "Memory Is Full":
  1. Clear the Inview accounting data. For assistance, see How to clear Inview accounting data on the DM500, DM800i and more.
If the issue is not resolved, contact client support. Please have your model number ready.
