Your meter displays error 3780 or error 1680.
Your meter has an internal software error.
Follow these steps to restart your meter and download any available software updates:
- Unplug the power cord.
- Wait one minute.
- Plug the power cord back in, ensuring that the cord plugs directly into a wall outlet.
- Press Refill Postage.
- Select Check PBP Balance.
- Select Continue.
- Wait for your update to complete. Do not shut down, power off, or unplug your meter during this process.
- Select Return Home.
Important: Your meter's display may not follow the rest of the steps exactly, but your rates continue to update.
