Importing addresses with the MailCenter App in SendPro Enterprise

Watch this video or follow the instructions below to learn how to import addresses with the MailCenter App in SendPro Enterprise.

Note: Before attempting to import addresses into SendPro Enterprise, see Address Book and List Management File Import Specifications for SendPro Enterprise for import requirements.
  1. Click the Address Book icon to the right of the Attention field.
  2. Click IMPORT.
  3. Select the upload file source: CSV Contacts, DROPBOX, or GOOGLE CONTACTS and proceed to the appropriate section below.

CSV Contacts (a CSV file on the local computer)

  1. Upload the CSV file that contains the addresses to be imported. For the file structure of the CSV file, use the formats listed at bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the target (book or list) from the List Type menu.
  3. (Optional) Check the Check for Duplicates box to have SendPro Enterprise overwrite existing duplicate addresses with the information provided in the file being imported.
  4. Click Import.

Dropbox

  1. In the field provided, place the Dropbox link to the CSV file to be imported. For the file structure of the CSV file, use the formats listed at bottom of the screen under the CSV Contacts selection.
  2. Select the target (book or list) from the List Type menu.
  3. (Optional) Check the Check for Duplicates box to have SendPro Enterprise overwrite existing duplicate addresses with the information provided in the file being imported.
  4. (Optional) Check the Set up scheduled import box to configure an automatically recurring import (by minute, hour, day, week, or month).

Google Contacts

  1. Select the target (book or list) from the List Type menu.
  2. To import individual addresses:
    1. Check each address to be imported.
    2. Click IMPORT SELECTED.
  3. To import all addresses, click IMPORT ALL.
