Error Code: 1103, Resolve on the DM500, DM800i and more

Products affected: DM500™, DM525™, DM550™, DM575™, DM800™, DM800i™, DM825™, DM875™, DM900™, DM925™, DM1000™, DM1100™


The meter displays error code 1103 and will not rate mail.


The rate files are corrupt or missing.


A download may resolve the error:
  1. Press Menu
  2. Select Setup
  3. Press the Down Arrow
  4. Select Updates and Add-Ons
  5. Select Check for Updates
If the issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Please have your model number ready.
