Resolve transaction log full message on the DM300C, DM400C and more

Products affected: DM300C™, DM400C™, DM450C™, DM475™


The meter displays "transaction log full" and will not run mail.


The log that holds the accounting transactions is full.


Follow these steps to clear the transaction log data:

Note: Before clearing the transaction log, print any accounting reports that you may need. After clearing the transaction log, the data will not be recoverable.
  1. Press Menu
  2. Select Account type (e.g., Inview)
  3. Press Page Down
  4. Select Transaction Options
  5. Select Clear Transaction Log
If the issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Please have your model number ready.
