The meter displays "transaction log full" and will not run mail.
The log that holds the accounting transactions is full.
Follow these steps to clear the transaction log data:Note:
Before clearing the transaction log, print any accounting reports that you may need. After clearing the transaction log, the data will not be recoverable.
- Press Menu
- Select Account type (e.g., Inview)
- Press Page Down
- Select Transaction Options
- Select Clear Transaction Log
If the issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Please have your model number ready.
