The meter displays error code P2B42.
The internal meter software has malfunctioned.
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
- Check the clear plastic piece that covers the white cable on the lid. Ensure that it is tucked into the meter tightly and is not hanging out.
- Check the envelope sensor. Push this back and forth a few times and press down on the end to maneuver it back into place if needed.
If the issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Please have your model number ready.
