Error Code: 37B3, Resolve on the DM475

The meter displays error code 37B3 and will not run mail.
Cause
This indicates an issue with the Weigh-On-The-Way® (WOW) section of your meter.
Resolution
You may be able to clear the error by restarting the meter. Follow these steps to restart safely:
Note: You may be able to run mail in a different mode, such as manual weight or scale mode. Press weigh/rate and select Enter Weight Manually or Rate the Mail on Scale.
- Unplug the power cord.
- Wait one to three minutes.
- Plug the power cord back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
