Error Code: 0810, how to resolve on the DM500, DM525 and more

The meter displays error code 0810.


The meter has experienced an internal error preventing normal operation.


You may be able to clear the error by restarting the meter.  

To ensure a safe restart, follow these steps:
  1. Turn the power off with the power switch and wait for the display to turn off
  2. Wait three minutes
  3. Turn the power switch back on
If your issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Please have your model number ready.
