Issue
The meter displays error code 19EF and will not print.
Cause
There is a malfunction in the internal printer.
Resolution
Remove the ink cartridge and reboot the machine. If the 19EF error is no longer displayed after rebooting, this indicates a problem with the ink cartridge. Replace with another ink cartridge.
