The meter displays the message "No Carrier / Class Available" and there are no classes of mail to be selected.
The rate file is missing from the meter.
Solution 1: Download all pending rate files and software updates
- Press Options.
- Press Page Down twice.
- Select Connect - Data Center.
- Select Uploads & Downloads. The meter connects to the Pitney Bowes Data Center and downloads all pending rate files and software updates.
Solution 2: Check for connection errors
