Products affected: DM100®i, DM125™, DM200L™, DM225™
Your meter displays the system message, "Rate Manager Not Initialized", and there are no classes to select.
The rate file is missing or corrupt.
Solution 1: Download all pending rate files and software updates
- Press Options.
- Press Page Down twice.
- Select Connect - Data Center.
- Select Uploads & Downloads. The meter connects to the Pitney Bowes Data Center and downloads all pending rate files and software updates.
