Resolve issue where the AFP Input File Has Garbage Characters in PI Output Manager

Issue
User is having an issue creating a AFP file from P/I Output Manager.
They are receiving a text file with all the resources separate and using P/I to generate AFP.
The file is filled with garbage characters.

Cause
The input file is a text file and the pagedef is doing all the formatting of the data.
Resolution
The profile had the option DATACODE=EBCDIC. Changing this parameter to ASCII solved the problem.
