Updating AMD or Intel graphics drivers for SendPro Online or PitneyShip

You may need to update your graphics drivers to resolve certain issues with SendPro Online or PitneyShip.

Intel graphics drivers

Windows 7

1. Select Windows Start > Control Panel.
2. Open Device Manager.
3. Click the arrow next to Display Adapters.
4. Right-click on Intel HD Graphics.
5. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.

Windows 10

1. In the Windows search bar, type Control Panel.
2. Click Control Panel.
3. Open Device Manager.
4. Click the arrow next to Display Adapters.
5. Right-click on Intel HD Graphics.
6. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.

AMD graphics drivers

1. Go to the AMD graphics driver download page.
2. Click the Download Now button below Automatically Detect and Install Your Driver.
3. Run the downloaded file.
4. If you are asked for permission to allow it to run, choose Yes.
5. Click Install.
6. Click Accept and Install.
7. The program will check for new drivers.
8. Follow the prompts to install the new drivers.
9. If you are prompted to restart your computer after the installation is complete, do so.

If "Error 175 - AMD Installer cannot continue due to unsupported AMD graphics hardware" appears when checking for new drivers, your AMD hardware is no longer supported by AMD with new updates. See the next section, Catalyst Software Suite installation for older AMD graphics.

Catalyst Software Suite installation for older AMD graphics

1. Go to the AMD Legacy hardware driver page.
2. Click the Download button for the Catalyst Software Suite.
3. Run the downloaded file.
4. If you are asked for permission to allow it to run, choose Yes.
5. Click Next.
6. Choose Express and then Next.
7. Click Accept.
8. If you are asked for permission to allow it to run, choose Install.
9. Click Finish when the installation is complete.
10. If you are prompted to restart your computer, do so.
