Stuck in manual weight mode and price stuck on 0.00 on the DM100i-DM225
Learn how to resolve being stuck in manual weight mode with the price stuck at 0.00 on a DM100i, DM125, DM200L or DM225.

Issue
Your scale does not work and your meter is stuck in manual weight mode. Your price is stuck on 0.00.
Cause
Your meter does not communicate with your scale.
Resolution
Solution 1: Turn your scale on
Solution 2: Restart your meter and reseat your scale to resolve this error
Solution 3: Reset your normal preset
- Select Scale.
- Select Turn Scale: ON.
If this does not resolve your issue, try Solution 2.
Solution 2: Restart your meter and reseat your scale to resolve this error
- Remove your scale from the top of your meter.
- Unplug your power cord.
- Wait three minutes.
- Place your scale back on top of your meter.
- Plug the power cord back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
If this does not resolve your issue, try Solution 3.
Solution 3: Reset your normal preset
- Press Class.
- Choose 1st Class Letter.
- Choose Done.
- Press Custom Preset.
- Select Define Normal Preset.
- Select Yes Store.
- Select Continue.
- Press Home.
