Resolve PI Output Manager exception - The job could not be viewed

Issue

Exception - The job could not be viewed

Cause

Unable to view job in VIP Viewer if NTO1=YES is specified in the profile

Resolution

To view a job with NTO1=YES in the profile, the Viewer.cfg (output client) or _iv_*.cfg (Viewer for View Job) must have VPA_VERSION=2 in the config file and then the job will view without error.
