Resolve issue where Jobs are staying on the Job Queue display in Completed or Aborted status in PI Enterprise Manager

Issue
Jobs are staying on the Job Queue display in Completed or Aborted status in PI Enterprise Manager 1.3 Windows.
User has two sites.
Site 1 - Two printers defined in PIEM. Jobs are staying on Job Queue display in Completed or Aborted status. Only some jobs though
Site 2 - Had 1 printer in PIEM and had no problems. Jobs staying on Job Queue display in Completed or Aborted status problem happened after second printer was added. No jobs in PIOM, but jobs in Completed and Aborted in PIEM Job Queue display.

Cause
Jobs cannot be deleted from job queue view and cannot be reprinted because they are still queued.
HIDE_COMPLETED_PIOM = YES is on.
When on, some jobs are hidden and some are not. When option is off, all completed jobs are shown on the job queue.

Resolution
Main job must be deleted so cleanup takes it off the queue.
