Distorted graphics or black screen in the SendPro Online software for Windows

If you are seeing distorted graphics or a black screen in the SendPro Online software for Windows, your graphics drivers may need to be updated.

Issue

The SendPro Online software for Windows has the following symptoms:

  • Solid black screen
  • Graphics are distorted, fractured, skewed, or in the wrong place
  • Black boxes are present where buttons should be

Cause

Your graphics drivers may be out of date, so the application can't display images correctly.

Resolution

Update your computer's graphics software and driver. If no updates are available to your graphic's driver, your computer's operating system is no longer compatible with the SendPro desktop application.

If updating your graphics drivers does not resolve the issue, follow the instructions in the article "SendPro has stopped working" message in SendPro.
