how to resolve issue where barcode being sent through PIOM on banner page is failing when read by inserter

Product Affected: Production Information Output Manager™

Issue

Barcode being sent through PIOM on banner page is failing when read by inserter.

Cause

Not being able to read the job after processed through PIOM PDF in to PDF out.

Resolution

PIOM profile needs following commanded added to correct barcode issue: PDFIN_LINE_ADJUSTMENT = NO.
This command can be found in the PDF2VDD manual on page 34.
