Resolve PIOM - Error accessing folder

Issue

Customer states that PIOM is not picking up files from their hot folder.

Cause

Folders had been deleted so IT was supposed to restore the folders from a backup.  When the folders were restored, the permissions were not.

Resolution

Grant permission to the hot folder (and all subfolders) for the user used to log on to the share.
