How to resolve issue where stack ticket are not availble and display ''error 500'' on web application

error 500 is display in a wen page when stack ticket are requested from inserter or import station


The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the web site's server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem 


The first thing to check is the network: are all network segment active
Access: can the different part of the network be ping

Another possible issue is the absence of one (or a few) of the ressources needed to  produce the stack ticket.
Some of those ressources are loaded only when the service are started (or restarted). This mean that even if everything was working the day before, some of those might have been missing for a while. The description of the error message should contain the name of the missing ressource.
