Resolve "Send USB exception" on the SendPro 300

The SendPro® 300 displays the message "Send USB exception" and will not run mail.


This message will sometimes occur after an update.


  1. Turn the power off using the power switch on the back. Wait for the display to turn off.
  2. Unplug all of the USB cables.
  3. Wait one minute.
  4. Plug all of the USB cables back in, making sure to plug the green cable into the port with green label.
  5. Turn the power switch back on. Once the meter returns to the home screen, you should be able to run mail again.
