Products affected: SendPro® 300
The SendPro® 300 displays the message "Send USB exception" and will not run mail.
This message will sometimes occur after an update.
- Turn the power off using the power switch on the back. Wait for the display to turn off.
- Unplug all of the USB cables.
- Wait one minute.
- Plug all of the USB cables back in, making sure to plug the green cable into the port with green label.
- Turn the power switch back on. Once the meter returns to the home screen, you should be able to run mail again.
