"There are no printers available to print 2x7" message when printing rolls in the SendPro Online software
Learn how to resolve the message "There are no printers available to print 2x7" when printing rolls.

Issue
When clicking Print or Test Print, the message "There are no printers available to print 2x7" appears.
Cause
There is no supported printer installed for roll printing.
Resolution
If there is no supported printer installed for roll printing, one will need to be installed. See Installing the Brother QL-800 printer.
If there is a compatible roll printer installed, there may be an issue detecting your printer list. See No printer selection window when printing stamps.
