When running mail, the word "Reading" displays where the postage amount should be and the message "Not Ready to Print" displays on the screen. You are unable to print postage.
This can occur if your meter is connected to your network using a wired connection. High network traffic may cause your meter to time-out when you are trying to print postage.
Reboot your meter:
- Unplug the meter power cable for 10 seconds.
- Plug the power cable back in, verifying it is securely plugged into a wall outlet.
- Quickly tap and release the power button.
- Try printing postage again.
If you are still unable to print postage and if you have WiFi available, switch from a wired connection to WiFi. Refer to Setting up a wireless (WiFi) network connection on the SendPro C, SendPro+ .
Note: If you do not have WiFi available, check with your IT manager to see if you can use an Ethernet switch between your meter and your network. This can help reduce the network traffic and allow you to print postage without timing-out.
