The message "Fail to download image: Network access is disabled." appears when printing stamp rolls or envelopes in the SendPro Online software.

Resolution

Solution 1: Clear the SendPro Online software cache

If the issue is not resolved, try solution 2.

Solution 2: Restart your computer

If clearing the cache did not solve the problem, restart your computer.
