Canceling a Same-day Delivery label in SendPro Online or PitneyShip
Same-day Delivery labels may need to be canceled in certain circumstances.

Same-day Delivery labels may need to be canceled in certain circumstances.
Select your software version
There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.
SendPro Online (classic) 
- Select History > .
- Select the label you wish to cancel.
- Select Cancel Label.
PitneyShip (new) 
- Select History > .
- Select the arrow next to the label you wish to cancel.
- Select Cancel Label.
- Select the reason you are canceling, check the box to confirm, and select Yes.
- Wait while the label is cancelled.
- When the cancellation is complete, select Close.
