The scheduled pickup window for the Same-day Delivery private courier has expired and the driver did not come to pick up the package.
In some situations, the courier may cancel your order. If they do so, they will email you. If the courier cancels your order, they automatically refund the cost of the transaction.
If the courier is late or does not arrive and you do not receive a cancellation email, find the label in your SendPro Online History and contact the courier directly for assistance.
