PB Shipping API - USPS Detailed Shipping Report shipment values do not match software in SendPro Enterprise and SendSuite Live

When running the PB Shipping API - USPS Detailed Report, some of the shipments' total values do not match what is recorded in the software. This is most noticeable with international shipments. The ending balance on the report may be lower than expected.


This issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
