"Oops! Something went wrong" message when importing addresses in SendPro Online or PitneyShip

The message "Oops! Something went wrong" appears when importing addresses in SendPro Online or PitneyShip because the CSV file is too large.

Issue

When importing addresses into SendPro Online or PitneyShip, the message "Oops — something went wrong" appears.

Cause

The CSV file is too large.

Resolution

The maximum file size for the CSV import file is 1.48 MB. If your file is too large, import the addresses in smaller batches.
