Reprinting stamps in SendPro Online or PitneyShip

If there is an issue when printing a stamp sheet, you can reprint it immediately after the first attempted printing. Stamps printed on stamp rolls and envelopes cannot be reprinted.

Select your software version

There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.

  1. In the confirmation of the stamp sheet that you just printed, select Reprint This Stamp.

  2. Select Reprint.

PitneyShip (new) PitneyShip Home screen thumbnail

  1. In the confirmation of the stamp sheet that you just printed, select Reprint This Sheet.

  2. Select the box to agree to the conditions.
  3. Select Reprint.
