You can allow users to scan and receive multiple packages for the same recipient.

You can allow users to scan and receive multiple packages for the same recipient.
The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
- Select Settings > Receive Packages.
- Select your Site.
- Under Multiple Receive, select the OFF to change it to ON.
