USPS Prepaid Refunds

Important information when requesting a refund for a USPS prepaid account.
The USPS does not issue unused postage refunds for values less than $25. If the refund value is less than $25, make a payment to your Pitney Bowes postage account for the difference. After the payment is applied and the credit exceeds $25 you can request a refund.
