Voiding and requesting a refund for a personal shipment in SendPro Enterprise

If needed, you can void a personal shipment and request a refund for it.
Important Notes:
- This process is for unused shipping labels only. If a voided shipping label is used and enters the carrier network, the shipping charges, including any fees, will be billed to the shipper's account.
- This process does not apply if you use Bring Your Own Rates (BYOR). If using BYOR, you must request a refund through your employer's carrier relationship manager. If you are unsure whether BYOR is being used, contact your administrator.
- If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping charges, billing, void or refund status, etc., please contact personalshipping@ehub.com. Provide the shipment tracking number and all pertinent information. Please do not report the transaction as fraudulent with your credit card company or bank; if you do so, your employer will be charged a fee of $15.50.
- Open the Personal Shipping app.
- Select My Shipments from the menu at the top.
- Use the search function to find the shipment you wish to void.
- Select Cancel.
- Select Yes to confirm.
DHL, FedEx, and UPS complete refunds within 48 hours. USPS refunds take up to 14 days.
