If needed, you can void a personal shipment and request a refund for it.

Important Notes:

  • This process is for unused shipping labels only. If a voided shipping label is used and enters the carrier network, the shipping charges, including any fees, will be billed to the shipper's account.
  • This process does not apply if you use Bring Your Own Rates (BYOR). If using BYOR, you must request a refund through your employer's carrier relationship manager. If you are unsure whether BYOR is being used, contact your administrator.
  • If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping charges, billing, void or refund status, etc., please contact personalshipping@ehub.com. Provide the shipment tracking number and all pertinent information. Please do not report the transaction as fraudulent with your credit card company or bank; if you do so, your employer will be charged a fee of $15.50.
  1. Open the Personal Shipping app.
  2. Select My Shipments from the menu at the top.
  3. Use the search function to find the shipment you wish to void.
  4. Select Cancel.
  5. Select Yes to confirm.

DHL, FedEx, and UPS complete refunds within 48 hours. USPS refunds take up to 14 days.
