Voiding and requesting a refund for a personal shipment in SendPro Enterprise

If needed, you can void a personal shipment and request a refund for it.

Important: This process is for unused shipping labels only. If a voided shipping label is used and enters the carrier network, the shipping charges, including any fees, will be billed to the shipper's account.

  1. Open the Personal Shipping app.
  2. Select My Shipments from the menu at the top.
  3. Use the Search function to find the shipment you wish to void.
  4. Select Cancel.
  5. Select Yes to confirm.

DHL, FedEx, and UPS complete refunds within 48 hours. USPS refunds take up to 14 days.
