Bank Change FAQ

Pitney Bowes is changing the bank that processes your payments. 

 

Updates will be communicated via email and inserts included with your invoices/statements sent by mail. You can also bookmark this page to access information at your convenience. 

 

IMPORTANT: Changes to the payment addresses and banking details will take effect mid- to late summer.

Are all my Pitney Bowes accounts impacted by this change?

All account types will be impacted by this change. The target date for the change is mid- to late summer. Continue to check back for updates.

Do I need to update accounts currently using AutoPay in pitneybowes.com?

No action is required for accounts currently set up on AutoPay through PitneyBowes.com.

Do I need to update Schedule Pay for my Prepaid Reserve accounts?

No action is required if your Prepaid Reserve accounts are set up on Schedule Pay through PitneyBowes.com.

Do I need to update Subscriptions paid by credit card?

No action is required if your Subscriptions are billed to your credit card.

Do I need to update my Presort account set up on automatic payment?

Yes.  You will need to notify your bank to have the new ACH Company ID 8470794215 added effective May 21.
