Today’s students expect a lot: instant updates, seamless pickup, and around-the-clock access to their packages. However, outdated mailrooms, limited operating hours, and manual notification processes are holding back college and university mail centers across the country from meeting these demands, leading to dissatisfied students and frustrated parents.

In this complimentary webinar, Pitney Bowes experts Chris Giles and Sean Kane share exclusive findings from our proprietary nationwide college student data. They’ll reveal the top four essentials students expect today on campus and how colleges and universities can modernize operations to meet those expectations.
