Resetting or updating your online password

Go to the Pitney Bowes sign in page to reset a forgotten password or sign in to Your Account to update your password.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select the Forgot your password link.
  3. Enter the email for your account and press Continue.
  4. You are prompted to answer your security question or receive an email to reset your password:
    • Answer my security question: Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password. If you do not know your security question or answer, use the Email me to reset my password option.
    • Email me to reset my password: You will receive an email with instructions and a reset link. If this email does not arrive check your junk folder.

Updating a password

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Your Account and click Password & Security.
  3. Enter the new password and the answer to your security question.
  4. Press Submit to update the information.
