A supervisor password can be used to prevent unauthorized account changes within the accounting feature. If you establish a supervisor password, a user will need to enter this password to add, edit, or delete accounts and to clear account totals. A supervisor password can be used to prevent unauthorized account changes within the Departmental Accounting feature. If you establish a supervisor password, a user will need to enter this password to add, edit, or delete Departmental Accounts and to clear Departmental Account totals.
Note: If you want to enable Account passwords, you will need to set up a supervisor password.

- From the Home screen, select Mail.
- From the list on the left, select Options.
- Select Passwords.
- Select Supervisor Password.
- If prompted for the current supervisor password, enter it. (If you are not prompted to enter the current supervisor password, then no supervisor password is currently set.)
- Choose whether to create, change or disable the supervisor password:
- To create a supervisor password, select the box, enter a new 4-digit password and press the right arrow. When prompted, re-enter the new password again to confirm and press the right arrow.
- To change the supervisor password, select Change Password. Enter a new 4-digit password and select Continue. Re-enter the new password again to confirm.
- To disable the supervisor password, select Disable Password.
- Select Continue.
- Select Clear (back arrow) to return to Options menu.
