Pitney Bowes is undertaking system and process changes that will provide you with a more seamless experience and make it easier to manage your business with us. These changes will take place in Canada in early October.

We want to make sure there is no disruption to your business as part of this process and to ensure that you are ready to take advantage of these new efficiencies when we go live in October. 

You can prepare now by reviewing the information in this section carefully.

A better way to manage your online account

We are launching an enhanced online experience where you can take care of all your account management needs in one place. After we go live in early October, when you login to www.pitneybowes.com/ca you can:

  • View your bills and invoices

  • View your products

  • Manage your account details and profile

  • Open a new technical support or client service case; view your active and historical cases

Get ready to manage your PB account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when our enhanced online experience goes live in early October.

If you currently use our Online Case Management System, you will no longer be able to login to that site after our system upgrade in early October. A notification with instructions to set up your new Account Management profile will be sent.

Once you have registered for our enhanced online experience, this should be your one place for support.

In a few instances, products may be held with Pitney Bowes Software systems outside of your country. These will come online as we complete our global rollout through 2015 and 2016.

Your new account number

You have been assigned a new account number that will streamline access to your account information and make it easier for you to manage your business with us.

Keep an eye out for your new account number arriving with your first Pitney Bowes invoice starting in October.

When you receive your invoice with your new account number, register on pitneybowes.com/ca/en/ for our enhanced online account experience and become familiar with our new features.

Please refer to your new account number when making payments or registering with our enhanced online account experience for the first time.

An improved billing experience

We’ve simplified your invoice with new features designed to help you find detailed information about all your Pitney Bowes products and services in an easy-to-read format.

Look for your enhanced billing and account information arriving with your first Pitney Bowes invoice starting in October. Get a sneak peek at our simplified invoice (part 1 and part 2).

When you receive your invoice with your new account number, register for our enhanced online experience and manage your Pitney Bowes account online 24/7.

Avoid payment processing delays by including your new account number and payment stub located at the bottom of your invoice.

Remittance name and payment address changes

The name and address where you submit your payments has changed. Please be sure to update your records to avoid payment processing delays.
