We are launching an enhanced online experience where you can take care of all your account management needs in one place. After we go live in early October, when you login to www.pitneybowes.com/ca you can:
View your bills and invoices
View your products
Manage your account details and profile
Open a new technical support or client service case; view your active and historical cases
Get ready to manage your PB account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when our enhanced online experience goes live in early October.
If you currently use our Online Case Management System, you will no longer be able to login to that site after our system upgrade in early October. A notification with instructions to set up your new Account Management profile will be sent.
Once you have registered for our enhanced online experience, this should be your one place for support.
In a few instances, products may be held with Pitney Bowes Software systems outside of your country. These will come online as we complete our global rollout through 2015 and 2016.
