Error 1803 on the mailstation2
Learn how to resolve error 1803 on the mailstation2.

Issue
The meter displays error code 1803 and will not connect.
Cause
The version of PC Meter Connect™ is below 5.00.0020.0000 or there is another communication problem.
Resolution
- Right-click on the PC Meter Connect (PCMC) icon in the system tray (small icons near the clock).
- Select About PC Meter Connect. The version of the application displays.
- If the version is below 5.00.0020.000, see Installing PC Meter Connect to download and install the latest version
- If the version is 5.00.0020.000 or above, see Connection issues with PC Meter Connect to troubleshoot your issue.
- If you still cannot connect, try using a SmartLink device as your connection method.
