Checking the status of your NCOA account in StreetSweeper Pro

Using this option, you can see how many credits (transactions) are remaining in your account. Each record process requires one credit.

Using this option, you can see how many credits (transactions) are remaining in your account. Each record process requires one credit.

  1. Select NCOA > Account Status.
  2. Your NCOA Subscription should be listed as ACTIVE.
  3. The number of credits remaining in your account and their expiry date will be listed under NCOA Records Remaining.
  4. Select OK to exit this screen.
