Sending post using a Surcharge payment on the on the DM110i, DM160i, DM220i
A Surcharge Payment allows you to print a custom postage amount on your franking machine. You can enter any value from £0.00 up to £999.99.
Products affected: DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20)
A Surcharge Payment allows you to print a custom postage amount on your franking machine. You can enter any value from £0.00 up to £999.99.
- Select CLASS.
- Select Surch. Pymt twice.
- Enter the amount you want to print.
- Press Yes/Enter twice.
- Insert the envelope into the franking machine. The franking machine prints the postage.
To exit Surcharge Payment:
- Select CLASS.
- Select RM Dom for UK mail or RM Intl for international mail.
- Select the desired class and mail size, if necessary. You return to the Home screen.
