Printing a Permit (PPI) impression on the SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

To print a Permit (PPI) impression you need a Permit ID which you obtain from Royal Mail.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (7H20C, R7H20C, R7H20CM, 7H20A, R7H20A, R7H20AM)

To print a Permit (PPI) impression you need a Permit ID which you obtain from Royal Mail.

You must add your Permit ID to your device before printing a PPI impression. Once you add the Permit ID you do not have to add it again.

  1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
  2. Tap Print Mode.
  3. Select Permit Mode.
  4. Tap Apply.
  5. Tap Graphic.
  6. Select the desired permit.

  7. Confirm with Apply.
  8. Tap Set it now.

  9. Tap the box to enter your Permit ID.

  10. Enter your Permit ID as supplied by Royal Mail. Tap Enter to confirm.

  11. Tap Apply.
  12. Place the envelope or envelopes on the feed deck. Depending on the SendPro C model you have, feed the envelopes manually or tap Start to feed the envelopes.

  1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
  2. Tap Print Mode.
  3. Select Permit Mode.
  4. Tap Apply.
  5. Tap Graphic.
  6. Select the desired permit.

  7. Confirm with Apply.
  8. Place the envelope or envelopes on the feed deck. Depending on the SendPro C model you have, feed the envelopes manually or tap Start to feed the envelopes.

Important: Depending on the permit selected, you may only be able to print certain graphics and custom text messages depending on your envelope or label size.
