Uploading system logs on the SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Upload the system logs if a Pitney Bowes representative requires them.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (7H20C, R7H20C, R7H20CM, 7H20A, R7H20A, R7H20AM)

Your device creates system logs that monitor operations on your device. If you need to upload system logs to a Pitney Bowes support representative, you can find them in the Advanced Device Options section under Settings.

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Scroll down to the Advanced device Options section.
  3. Tap System Log Upload.
  4. Select the logs you want to upload.
  5. Tap Upload Selected Logs.

  6. The message Sending Log Files appears. Once the upload is complete, the message Upload Complete appears.
  7. Tap Got It to return to the Home screen.
