Setting pouch delivery status in PitneyTrack Inbound

You can choose whether or not to set the status of pouches to Delivered when the final package in the pouch is delivered.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

1. Select Settings > Pouch.
2. If necessary, select your Site.
3. Select the ON/OFF switch as needed:
   • ON: Sets the status of pouches to Delivered when the final package in the pouch is delivered
   • OFF: Leaves the status of pouches as is when the final package in the pouch is delivered (does not change the status to Delivered)
