Editing a role in PitneyShip Pro, PitneyTrack Inbound and Smart Access Management

If you need to change a role, you can edit it.
Products affected: SendPro® Online powered by PitneyShip® Pro, PitneyTrack® Inbound and Smart Access Management®

If you need to change the name or features of a subscription role, you can edit it.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Roles.
  2. Select the Edit icon next to the role you wish to edit.

    Note: You cannot edit the ADMIN role.
  3. Make the needed changes.
  4. Select Save and Close.
