Signing in as a pre-registered visitor to the Smart Access Management kiosk using a QR code

If you have received a pre-registration email, you can sign into the Smart Access Management kiosk using the QR code that was sent within the email.

If you have received a pre-registration email, you can sign into the Smart Access Management kiosk using the QR code that was sent within the email.

  1. If necessary, sign in to the PB Companion mobile app.
  2. View the QR code within the pre-registration email on your mobile phone.
  3. Tap Sign-In/Sign-Out with QR Code on the kiosk.
  4. The camera activates on the kiosk. Present the QR code to the camera.
  5. A confirmation message appears then you return to the Home screen.
