Director of Mail Services at the University of Pennsylvania, Dean Paone brings more than 35 years of experience in logistics and delivery operations. Prior to joining Penn, he spent his career at UPS, where he served as a General Manager overseeing hub operations for one of the world’s largest transportation networks. Today, Dean leads Penn’s campus mail and package services, focusing on operational efficiency, reliable delivery, and modernizing campus logistics.
