Who can participate in the referral program?
Anyone with a network of business contacts in the United States.This includes Pitney Bowes current or former employees or friends and family of the Pitney Bowes family.
What counts as a qualified lead?
A qualified lead is a business with a clear need for our shipping and/or mailing solutions or interest in improving their shipping and/or mailing operations. The contact must be a decision maker or key influencer, open to a discovery call, and aware their name is being submitted. A sale is not required for the lead to be considered qualified. Final approval is at the Pitney Bowes discretion. Said another way, the lead should be aware and interested in our contacting them about our solutions.
What will not count as a qualified lead?
Submitting a lead for a company that appears to be a good fit for our shipping and/or mailing solutions, but without an identified contact or without contact awareness, is considered unqualified.
How will I receive my reward?
When the lead is qualified, an Amazon gift card will be emailed to the referrer within 4 weeks of lead submission.
How will I know if my lead was accepted?
If the lead qualifies, we will email the referrer within 4 weeks of submission with the gift card reward. We will also notify the referrer via email if the lead doesn’t qualify.
Is there a maximum number of referrals required?
Yes, we will accept up to 5 leads per month from a given referrer.
