Online check-in and induction
Barcoded check-in and induction information can be emailed to visitors and contractors ahead of time. This pre-registration removes bottlenecks with pre-printed labels ready to go. You can also upload documents to create profiles for contractors to easily manage their access and information about their projects according to this profile.
The notification feature alerts employees about visitors’ and contractors’ arrival via email or SMS. In addition, the system will alert managers when a contractor doesn’t have the right permissions to be on site, or their permissions have expired.
In the case of an emergency, a real-time report can be remotely produced from the cloud hosted model to inform facility managers who is on site and how to contact them.
